Clairvoyance:

I like to think of myself as a so called „medium“, who enables direct communication with the invisible/ethereal world.

My task is helping those who are trying to improve and deal with life-changing tasks by giving them hints and aiding them along the way. Sometimes it is necessary to solve old problems or break with old habits, other times it is important to come to terms with other people or souls that are hindering our progress and lovingly come to terms with our past.

Clairvoyant counseling

I have possessed this gift for many years. In advance, you ask your questions. It does not matter whether you want to know about the past, the present or the future. Humans, animals or objects, alive or dead, within this life or another one, everything is possible. I will look into your question during a meditation and afterwards I will discuss my findings in an appointment with you, while I am still “online”.

Systemic organization management consulting

Here we focus most on changes which require careful planning and a gentle hand when being implemented. In this context, systemic means actively including all involved persons and finding a common plan for the future. Moderated workshops (small- and large-scale) lead to new findings and solutions.

Development aid in Sri Lanka

After the Tsunami in 2005, I spent 9 months in Sri Lanka to do voluntary work. In a children’s home with over 90 children, which was connected to multiple sites on the coast, I took care of administrative office tasks as well as cost- and process control. In addition, I was coaching the local senior managers and took care of the communication with the German-speaking press and contract creation. Even today, I feel deeply connected with this special country, which is why I am supporting families in need as well as social projects. If you want to help as well, please contact me.

Research

Better late than never, I discovered my passion for research...

  • 2009: Master thesis „Conflicts in the economic crisis“

    Together with Mag. Michael Pucher, MA, I did research on the following question: “Does an economic crisis create or feed conflicts between employees within a company? Which solutions can mediation offer?”
  • 2016: Master thesis „Learning in organizations“

    Together with Ulrike Schintler, MSc, I did research in an empirical case study within the personnel of the ‘LKH Hochsteiermark’. Our research question was: „How do people learn within an organization and what are the implications for the personnel development?“
  • 2020: MASTER THESIS „LEADING YOUNG EMPLOYEES“

    In this masther thesis I made a closer look on the Generation Z on the job market and asked different managers from various industries, how to lead young persons to motivate them for work and to keep them longer in the company.

After the Tsunami in 2005, I spent 9 months in Sri Lanka to do volontary work. In a children’s home with over 90 children, which was connected to multiple sites on the coast, I took care of administrative office tasks as well as cost- and process control. In addition, I was coaching the local senior managers and took care of the communication with the German-speaking press and contract creation. This period was a very exciting and educational time in a completely different world.

This also meant learning a lot about the local customs and habits. I was told many interesting life-stories, some of which are included in this book with its numerous colorful images.

This book describes, how people learn in organizations and which impact that has to the human resources development of this organization as well as for the health process with MH® Kinaesthetics. In my research for a masterthesis, together with Ulrike Schintler, I examined how the nursing staff of a huge hospital in Austria is learning of the job. 1.065 persons of nursing staff were questioned in an online survey about learning and 11 persons from various hierarchy levels and functions answered a list of questions in personal interviews about the results of the online survey. The results of this research you will find in this book. The conclusio is, that most people learn by doing.
